I’ve been putting her down to sleep between 7:30-8:00 but some say 9:00 is better. Actually, she’s pretty tired when I put her down and doesn’t seem like she wants to be up and she goes to sleep within 10-15 minutes. Any advice

yah , she needs her sleep, so u should put her to bed between 7 and 730… sooner or later she will get to sleep and it gives her better sleeping habits for when she gets older
I put mine down between 9:30 and 11:30, my husband and I stay up later so sleeping in is a must, she sleeps until 7-9am if we put her down then. If it works for you keep doing it, the later hours work for us.
If she is sleeping through the night, and is content going to bed at 730-8pm, then stick with it!
My 3 mos old was a night owl, usually 11pm. Now that she is 7 mos, she is usually in bed by 8pm. I never set a time for her, I just let her show me when she is tired then we go to bed! I think the best way is to let baby guide the routine and then go with it, especially when they are young…toddlers are a different story. Congrats on your daughter!
LOL you are such a good momy to be concerned about this. Let her go to bed when she wants to. It doesn’t matter what others say. She is only 3 months and her sleep schedual will change more than a few times. Especially once she hits her growth spurts.
You are her mommy and you know your daughter. When she is actually tired you will have a better outcome. People say later so you can sleep in longer. But right now don’t worry about it, attempt the routine but don’t be a tyrant about it. Once she hits 6 months you can enforce it more.
Whatever works for you is best for her. I always tended to like putting my kids down earlier, it gave me more time to unwind, finish chores, and relax with my husband. I think most of it depends on her current schedule/routine. Most 3month olds can’t stay awake for more than 2hrs at a time, so depending on if she’s sleeping through the night, and what time she naps, will depend on bedtime. Also, by about 6 months old she should be able to sleep about 10-12hrs a night, so you might want to train her bedtime to that. If she’ll be getting up early for daycare you’d want to put her down earlier, if she can sleep in and you WANT her to sleep in, you can put her down later!
At that age my daughter went down about 8:00, woke up at 4am to eat, and then went back to sleep until 8:00. Eventually (5months) she dropped the 4:00 feeding and slept 8pm-7:00 or 7:30am. My sister in law always said I was wrong, she should be sleeping through the night (like her son who was sleeping 11pm-7am), but I explained to her she WAS sleeping the same amount, I just preferred her to go to bed earlier. so, in essence I think it’s whatever works best for you – the most important thing is that she’s learning to fall asleep on her own!
